1. Return Window
HERBALENT accepts eligible return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The safety seal must remain intact and unopened.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all labels undamaged.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect product, an unsealed container, or an item damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will arrange a free exchange or full refund promptly.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and health protection guidelines, products that have been opened, unsealed, sampled, or tampered with cannot be accepted for return or refund.
