Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeline
- FREE DELIVERY: Available on all orders of Rs. 2,000 or more.
- Standard Delivery: Flat Rs. 290 for orders below Rs. 2,000.
- Delivery Window: Most Herbalent orders are delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch.
- Traceable Shipments: You will receive tracking updates so you can monitor your parcel's journey.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed for dispatch within 24 hours after order confirmation. We may contact you to verify your delivery address or contact details before handing over the parcel to our courier service.
Please ensure that your name, phone number, complete delivery address, and city are accurate when placing your order to prevent unnecessary transit delays.
Damaged or Tampered Parcels
If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please contact Herbalent immediately via WhatsApp or email. Retain the original box and packaging so we can promptly investigate and send you a replacement.
